The exact rate for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Where the free-shipping threshold applies, it is measured on the value of the goods after any discount, excluding shipping.
Delivery
You get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way. Orders are posted within the UK, so there are no customs charges or import fees.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that period through the contact page and send the piece back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full purchase price including the original standard shipping charge within 14 days of receiving the return.
Returned pieces should be unworn and in their original pouch. If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you — you do not need to post it back first.
