Tahzib – Crescent Tile Stud Earrings

Handmade ceramic tile stud earrings — crescent tile in ivory and green, approx. 13 × 9 mm

Part of the Re-imagine Tiles line. Each piece is set with a hand-cut tile made from our own clay-based mix — shaped and air-dried, never kiln-fired, which is how we keep the energy cost of every piece close to zero. The pattern, borrowed from the tilework of Iran's mosques and palaces, is applied by cold transfer; the tile is then glazed and finished by hand by our artisans.

Our series are small and the workshop changes a detail with every one, so this may be the last piece of its series. Every tile is cut by hand, so measurements can vary by about 1 mm.

Care: keep dry; take off before swimming, showering or sport; store flat.
